- 10-year guarantee on outdoor products, materials, colourfastness and workmanship installed by Tauro Home Improvements Ltd.
- We are registering as members in waiting with the leading industry accreditors. Although this is not required and is totally voluntary, we believe this gives our customers extra peace of mind and protection as standard when choosing the right Home Improvements Company. We offer our customer’s payment protection on all advance payments or deposits and we offer a mediation service should there ever be a dispute. We strive to exceed industry standards or regulations at all times.
- An Insurance backed guarantee is in-line with our 10-year guarantee and covers all products installed by us for complete or partial repair or full replacement. The policy shall be administered through the Home Improvement Protection Plan or another third party of our choice who shall be authorised and/or regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority.
